What would you call this musical whatzit?

When I was at Hershey gardens several years ago they had a feature that included a jump on musical something that I love. I know that it is probably impossible, but I would love to put one into a patio in my garden that I am hoping to redo this summer. So now I am trying to figure out what in the world it is called so I can research it and perhaps come up with a home version.

Maybe you can find the website for that attraction in Hershey and send them an email to see if they can tell you what it is -- it kind of looks like something that is not specifically made just for that site. Pretty cool, I can see why you want one.
