My wife and I have about 260K points, we have never used them and do now know what to do with them before the program changes. do they offer travel certificates? does anyone have any last second suggestions on what to do?:bawl:

You can get 7 nights in a hotel room (up to a Category 7) and 110K frequent flyer miles for those points. Call Marriott before midnight. The hotel certificate will be good for one year.

After tomorrow 260K points will be good for only five nights stay in a Cat 7 hotel and some Cat 7 hotels will become Cat 8 hotels.

The clock is ticking ... If you can get through to Owner Services at 800-845-4226 at all.

For 250k MR you can get a 7 night stay at a Category 6 hotel and 120k FF miles for your favourite airline account at a number of places even today.
I just checked the JW Desert Ridge in Phoenix for mid to late April and they had standard availability. So did the JW Cancun. There were availabilities in NYC. So if you want to use those points, pick a date and a place and search www.marriott.com to find out what is available with points. Tomorrow is too late. Do you have an airline account ... if not, do that first as it's free...at https://www.ua2go.com/profile/Join.do or
https://www.aa.com/aa/AAdvantage/en...ferer=/apps/&anchorEvent=false&referer=/apps/ or any other airline you want. Marriott will need your air member number to process the 120k FF miles.
