So we're currently at the PB sunset and are entrenched in the apparent week of rain that Cabo gets a year. We have scuba and sailing scheduled but am getting to the point that I don't think they're going to happen. What can we do here when it's raining and windy? I'm an amateur photographer and would like to take some photos of stuff. Can anyone recommend any drives/overlooks that are especially nice? Thanks for the info.

So sorry to hear about the rain. I think a trip to LaPaz would be good, too, but see if you can get an accurate weather forecast to be sure it's not raining there, too.

Edit to add: I just looked at weather.com and it doesn't look good for the rest of the week, unfortunately. The satellite map shows the whole Baja peninsula covered in clouds so I'd guess that it's raining in LaPaz, too.

If you want to photograph some interesting rocks, walk to your left when facing the ocean (don't get too close to those waves though or a rogue wave might reach out and grab you) toward the Pedregal beach. My daughter got married there on August 12 and we have the coolest wedding pictures taken on and around the rocks.
