Online it's 7:00 eastern time, 10 months in advance (so this morning check in dates through 11/21/2013 were available to be reserved). If reserving your home resort via ARP you must call in Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET, Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET up to 13 months out.
