What percent does the Trust own at each property?

Are these disclosures provided to every buyer or only those in California or Hawaii? If they go to everyone, it looks like @Fasttr needs to make an annual point purchase to obtain the updated disclosures.
They were on the thumb drive I was given when making a hybrid purchase (later rescinded), containing disclosures for HI, CA, MA, and AL. The hybrid only included a HI week, so it seems that Fasttr only needs to make a single annual purchase. BTW, the reason I gave for rescinding was unreasonable Maintenance Fee increases.

Technocall, @Fasttr would be able to buy and rescind. Good for you on rescinding. Technically you don't need to give them a reason.

I would expect that the trust has picked up more gold and silver weeks than platinum because the MF's per point are much higher for the non-premium weeks. Many owners are getting rid of their higher cost weeks, and I plan to do so in the near future. The platinum weeks are likely best to keep as enrolled weeks.

One should be able to get the info simply by asking though it might take some effort.

A request to the BOD of each resort should do it. I just spoke with the president of the board at MFV and he told me it is just under 35% is in the trust.

The information is all in the disclosures in post #18. That includes the count of weeks in the trust. We would need to know how many weeks each resort sold per unit (50, 51, 51.5, 52) to get to a percentage. I already have a count of the number of units per resort.

What info?
The documentation, such as being discussed and as posted as attachments on the previous page. This will be a moving target as there will be changes over time.

I am not sure how often the disclosures are updated. They only convey weeks to the trust a couple times a year. With the disclosures we have now, there is really no need to ask. I suspect they are updated fairly regularly and are probably a better source of information than asking resort management,

I would guess about once a year.
