What is the extra $5 on my bill?

At first I thought it was the ARDA fee, so I just ignored it for months. Since it started to accumulate, I checked the statement and it says service fee. I saw someone mentioned on facebook that it's a paper statement fee? non-autopay fee? Could someone point me to a document that says what it is? I don't remember being notified of it and the new billing system Worldmark transitioned to has been very confusing to navigate. OH, and how can I get rid of it?
 
How do you pay your MF currently? If you set up autopay, there is no penalty. But you will have to pay off the amount owed first.

It's a service fee for getting a paper statement vs autopay online. You should have received a letter, probably at the end of the year that included this notification. So your choice is to give more of your personal/financial info to Wyndham or pay the extra $5.

So it has to be autopay plus paperless to avoid the fee?
 
I had something similar with Club Wyndham. The additional fee didn't show up until a few bills in. I was paying monthly. As soon as I setup auto pay it went away. Though I did have to cover the previous monthly payment fees, though the phone rep did waive one or two of them.
