I am completely new to Orlando - planning our first trip and am overwhelmed by all the great resorts. I like what is offered at Summer Bay, but RCI lists several choices. What I have to choose from are:

Summer Bay Orlando
The Villas at Summer Bay Orlando

What, if any, are the difference between these two choices?

I then noticed that RCI offers The Houses and The Reserve at Summer Bay (although there is nothing available for my dates). I've found that the Houses have 3 bedrooms and their own pool, but I can't find anything about The Reserve.

Can someone tell me if there is a big difference between Summer Bay and The Villas?

Thanks!

And then there's Orange Lake - with all the different villages. I'm trying to learn about all of those to make a better decision and my head is spinning!!

The Villas at Summer Bay have no balconies. They also do not have elevators. They are slightly smaller than the Resort section. Summer Bay Resort have 4 different sections. They do have balconies. Not all sections have elevators. The newest is the 500 section, the 400 section is next. The 200-300 section is older. The Reserve has two sections one part is like the Houses but with upgraded furniture and fittings- nicer kitchen. They also have a section which is condo's are they also have upgraded furnishings and fittings.
