What did they do to MSC

At long last a combination of MSC SVO and SVN but missing functionality everywhere.

I wanted to pre pay MF. Just got the tax refund but that option is MIA. Called in and dealt with the dysfunction of being a named user instead.

Nothing different here - I see the option to pay as usual, in my Acct. at www.mystarcentral.com

Earlier today I logged on and the site looked very different. I logged in just now, and it looks back to normal. Maybe they are planning another "upgrade"?
