For some reason I thought with the DC you could use the VOA to make interval transactions. After having several II experiences like some recently reported here by others, I decided to ask the Marriott VOA to do it.

Response I got was - nope - let me transfer you to Interval..

Guess I dreamed this one up...

They used to be able to do it -- perhaps they've just transferred the responsibility back to II......

Which makes sense because I was never that impressed with Marriott's handling.
