What did I get myself into...

Do you mind sharing the name of the Travel Club that you almost bought?

I came across one at a booth at our local county fair this summer called Goldrush Getaways. They offer discounts on all kinds of travel, including cruises and hotel stays. Promising the same rates as travel agents pay. However, their membership fee was $9K.

I wonder if what you encountered had the same setup?
