What are the most popular weeks at Westin Kierland Villas?

Does anyone know the most popular times at WKV? I am considering renting out my weeks, and would like to know what I should book at the 12 month mark, to get the best return for using them as rentals. Any ideas?
 
I would reserve March or the week before or after Easter. All of March is Spring Training and a lot of baseball fans go to AZ for Spring Training, and of course, Easter is very popular because it's a school holiday and the weather in AZ is nice then.
 
Spring Training/Spring Break weeks in March would be high on the list.
 
Thanks very much. Is Christmas break also a very popular time, or not as popular as those weeks in March? Thank you!
 
Not sure about Christmas but I've been there the week after during New Years and it was dead. It's not a Plat week but Thanksgiving week was full this past year and I wasn't able to book a room during Thanksgiving the previous year.

I own at the other Starwood property in AZ (SDO) and when I asked San Francisco Exchange Co. about demand, they would only take a deposit of a spring week in AZ, they would not take Christmas. Spring Training is enormously popular and there is no similar event at Christmas.

Take Denise's advice - any week in March - or the week before or after Easter (which in 2009 falls in April)
I am not at home so can't check my II book's Travel Demand Index - but I would bet end of February to Easter are the highest demand times.
