What are the current onsite incentives?

I am thinking about purchasing 2500 DC points in order to enroll a post 6/2010 external Ko Olina 2 BR OV penthouse (5925 point value). The phone sales group is offering 15% off the current price(12.92 per) or 27,450 (10.98 per). Can I do better if I make a site visit before 11-4 ?

At our presentation on September 16th, that was the same price we were quoted for 25,000 points.

I received a phone call this week for the same purpose. I was given the exact same price for converting my Desert Spring Villas week 1,675 points to DC. Don't think it's worth it for my week but I would think about it twice for a week with as much value as yours in Hawaii.
I would ask for additional incentives, MR points, Marriott Elite Gold or platinum status upgrade, etc. I was told if I took Marriott financing for the purchase, even for a short time, I would earn an additional 2,500 DC points, one time use.
