We'd stayed in many different starwood resorts and find that most of them have really big studio units when compared to Marriott or Hyatt.

Most have a big frig, not full size but not one of the mini frigs we hate. Most have a nice size studio bathroom, again not huge but not standard size either. All have a nice size living area and many have a balconies

So we just visited Kierland in AZ, IMHO they don't have "studio units" but have instead two one bedroom units. The "studio" has a separate living room , mini kitchen and a master like bed & bath suite. Fair size balcony with two comfy chairs These are the biggest "studios" I've ever seen The only downside to this units is the living area doesn't have a window. So if you ever want to visit AZ a Kierland studio is a great option.

That's one of the really nice perks of owning at Kierland, SDO, HRA, and some others. With a 2BR, you get two 1BR units to use (or trade). I prefer the larger 1BR, but I don't mind staying in the smaller side at all!
