Heading to Mission Hills, Rancho Mirage in a few weeks. Can I use my laptop inside the unit now? If not, do they have anywhere that I can hook up? Is there a charge for either?

Thanks in advance :)

Great question. We are going next week and I was wondering the same thing.....

The WIFI is complimentary. We are going to be there at the end of January.

ez-ed -- complimentary is great, but is it in the units??? :)

Yes it is !!!!!!!!!!

Is this new? When we were last at WMH (July), free wi-fi was available in the Villas Lobby/reception area but not in the villas themselves. What you get in the villas is/was free broadband connection via an ethernet cable. Just as good (and more secure!), presuming you have the card in your lap-top.

Only 6 months to wait for the next trip.........:(

When we were there in November, we used the wired ethernet rather than the wireless. The wireless signal level wasn't that great in our unit, and the connection was too sporadic. The wired connection was far more reliable.

Thanks!!! I'm bringing the lap top now!!
