Hello everyone, I am thinking at booking a 2 BR at Westin Los Cabos through Interval. Has anyone been there through II? What view should we expect. Any good luck in getting good views? I would rather save the SO for other trips.

I also have RCI points, Regina Los Cabos seems to have access to the Westin pools, restaurants etc but it looks a bit tired. Has anyone been there lately? There are other Cabo resorts in RCI that seem to be nicer.

As far as I know, as long as you book the Westin Los Cabos and not Baja Point, all of the rooms have decent views.

Yeah all should have pretty good views. I was in a unit close to the right side of the building (from lobby facing ocean) and felt we had one of the worse views possible (not complaining about it) with about 1/3 ocean, 2/3rds land/peninsula from inside the unit. Amazing from the balcony.

What is wrong with the Baja Point views? Is the Vistana description of "This collection of 32 exceptional villas, each with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, is . . ." not quite accurate?

Someone had reported that some of the views there aren't as good. Unfortunately I don't know the specifics.

OK. I would love to have someone chime in with some specifics. We are looking at Los Cabos and the villas at Baja Point really seemed to appeal to us better. I would hate to get there and find out I should have not booked Baja Point.

We stayed at the Westin, and walked thru Baja Pt. I can see how some Baja units could partially block the view of others, with some oceanside and others more inset.

Westin OTOH, does not have any unit behind another, with respect to the ocean. The bldgs are the farthest thing from blending into the landscape...almost all units have good ocean views tho.
The Westin 2bdrm is pretty small, but the infinity pools and beach are nice. Can't go in the ocean, too rough with back tow.

Baja Pt. I have another picture from the beach, but it's too large to upload here. It's a more std boxier multi bldg, multi floor architecture. IMG_20181115_090714233_HDR.jpg

How are they handling COVID vaccinations to come back to the US? Does the resort help in getting them?
