I am looking at weeks available in II, and I am a bit confused by the bed configuration. The unit is listed in II as View attachment 17583144, which is a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 all in actual beds in the bedroom, such as 2 queens or 2 doubles in the bedroom; however, when I look on the property's website, I don't see any 1 bedrooms with two actual beds; rather, it is the standard 1 bedroom with a king and a pullout in the living area. II normally codes this as View attachment 17583124.

Any insight is appreciated.

I think II bed listing is generic and not definitive. The only unit in WLR with two beds looks to be a two bedroom lockout. One actual bed in each room and the sleeper sofa. The One bedroom also has a king bed and a sleeper sofa, same with the studio. @DannyTS can answer this definitively since he is an owner there.

Thats what I thought as well, but II is listing a 124 unit and 144 unit, which is what i am confused about as I dont see any 1 bedrooms on their website with two beds

all Lagunamar units are 2 BR lockoff (studio plus one bedroom).
In Interval you will find:
1 4 4 with 1 king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room, larger bathroom and a full kitchen, washer/ drier
0 4 4 (or e 4 4 ), the studio, 1 queen bed and one sofa bed, smaller bathroom with 1 sink, kitchenette, washer drier

There are no one bedrooms with two beds in the bedroom. The one bed has a bedroom with a king bed that can also accommodate a roll away. The living space has a pretty comfortable sleeper sofa. It has a full kitchen and a generous bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.

The studio has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the same studio space.

That's very helpful.

I always understood 144 to be a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 privately; and a 124 as 1 bedroom sleeps 4, but only 2 private (thus the other 2 on living area sofa-bed). That was what led to my confusion when the Westin Website didn't align with what I thought 144 meant.

Thanks again - all the best
