I don't have a concise list like I maintain for the Marriott resorts. If you have the confirmation number, you are just best to look it up on Marriott.com. Though based on patterns it looks like it might be a garden/resort view studio.

The H typically means a "House" or developer deposit. Usually lowest on the room choice totem pole.

As dioxide noted, IVGT for MVC Maui Ocean Club and Ko Olina is island/mountain view studio, so most likely.
 
I exchanged for this HIVGT studio, and wonder what "Island View" room request I should make (understanding that I may not receive the assignment but it can't hurt to request). Thanks.

High/low floor is probably the key differentiator. Otherwise most IV will be fairly similar. Unlike Nanea or South, which may have a view of a parking lot, the IV at North are all pretty decent.
