Westgate Villa, 2 bedroom/lockout
Kissimmee , Fl
Free - 2 bedroom lockout with loft , deeded. Week 15. Bought in 2008 and enjoyed. Westgate Villas Has water park, restaurant and deli/store. Paddle boats and 16 pools. You would be responsible for deed transfer. Unit is paid and 2025 tax and maintenance current.

I’m new on here. Don’t know how to edit. Then if they don’t have 1 it must be considered 2/lockout

I know a couple that owns a 1 bedroom with loft. It's in the building next to Old Lake Wilson Road. Westgate also has 2, 3, 4 bedroom lock offs. Be weary of resale. They put a lot of nasty rules in place when you want to vary from your owner week and go thru them. Depositing into II or RCI isn't to bad. If you always use your owner week, it's not to bad. Great location.

I’ll call Westgate. I own 2 and want to get rid of the Westgate villa. I’ll call them and ask for description. I actually bought it second hand in 2008. Used a lawyer for deed and unit transfer.

I called Westgate I have 2 br lockout building VVC9 . I have it the 15th week usually around Easter

yes mine is 2BR lockout with loft. Villas. VVC building. Unit 9

Here's someone who will do the transfer for you. Click on their website below and they'll handle it for you once you find a taker. It should be far cheaper than hiring a Lawyer.
