Does anyone know if the Wesley financial group is legitimate or just another money hole? Has anyone used them to get out of a timeshare?
 
You don't need or want a company to try and get out of a timeshare. They're all scams. Read TUG on how to get out of a TS - 1. Give it away, 2. Deedback, 3. Default.

Timeshare Exit, Wesley, Newton, etc are all selling what you can do yourself for free.

How are these exit companies still able to operate and to advertise in major newspapers, magazines, and on the radios and on televisions with all these major convictions by our legal court systems?

Wesley has good reviews but that doesn’t mean they are a good value. Many of those timeshare owners who paid thousands of dollars to Wesley just didn’t know Wesley wasn’t doing anything magical. Wesley did nothing the owner couldn’t do themselves and it is nothing difficult either.

All you need to know about Wesley is that a TUG member responded to a poster on Wesley’s Facebook page. That poster was asking if Wesley could help with their timeshare. The TUG member responded to the poster that their timeshare has a deedback program for owners. What did Wesley do? They deleted the TUG member’s comment and banned him from their Facebook page. Wesley is no hero. They want their victims to be in the dark, in this case about a cheap deedback program, so Wesley could charge them thousands of dollars and then offer the timeshare back under the deedback program keeping the owner’s thousands as profit.

They are a scam.
 
Like any and all so-called timeshare "exit / relief / escape / rescue" outfits, Wesley Financial Group is useless. Money spent (wasted) by the desperate.

That said, Wesley Financial Group and those ubiquitous, twangy Chuck McDowell aw shucks, good 'ol boy "I ain't no lawyer" radio ads must be hugely successful. It seems like you just can't away from those radio ads (particularly at this time of year) and saturating the airwaves with that crap can't be cheap.

They don't have any other expenses to spend on for the $4k+ they soak their victims for and these ads brings them more victims.

Meta, YouTube, all of them. So many sketchy ads on all these platforms. Get rich quick stuff, vitamins, gold, you name it. Kinda the same as talk radio.

Yes, and Meta/Mark allows those companies, or folks associated with them, to report people like TUG Brian & I who try to steer people on the TUG FB group away from them to report us for going against FB's Community Standards and puts us in FB jail (freezes our accounts and makes them not visible to anybody). FB allows us to appeal even though they don't say what comment and or post was reported, then say "It usually takes us just over a day to review your information". It has now been 10 days for us!
Guilty until proven innocent! :mad:

Yes you hit the nail on the head! I have also been victimized by FB and their insane rules. Drives me nuts. FB has taken over everything then they pull the rug out from under. Makes me angry as well. Problem is we are their free commodity. The phony ads make profit. It's time the world gov't gets involved. Meta has gone crossed the line.

Yes, agree with you and TUG Brian. There are scammers trying to get victims everywhere -online and off.

Further to the Facebook saga (I am still in FB jail -so much for the appeal taking just over a day, it's been 25!), there was a story in a Toronto newspaper the other day about Meta suspending innocent users. As I said earlier, it's guilty until proven innocent with them with no explanation of what we did wrong. Here is the story (& I have signed the petition)
