I’m reaching out because I was invited to the Welk in California. I came across this beautiful community and I found out that other people had the same situation. I attended this meeting on Sunday November 10 2024 and today is November 17 2024. I sent a rescinded letter to Welk today Sunday but the letter didn’t get postmarked with today’s day. The contract said that we have 7 days after the contract was signed to cancel it. I faxed the letter and I have the receipt that I payed for the letter to be mailed. But the question is that’s the letter still inside the timeframe to cancel it ? And does the letter getting postmarked with Monday 18 will be a problem ? The faxed was successful sent today the 17
