There is a prospective user that seems interested.
Paid in full. No mortgage.
It's a Gold Crown and I have exchanged it many times for good value.

A couple of years ago Welk was offering to buy certain weeks in the Resort Villas, so they could include them in the Platinum (points) program. I doubt they are doing that with the current economy. They may very well take the unit back.

For a potential owner, this is a very nice resort and it is well run. The Resort Villas have been remodeled. If you are OK with a fixed week and unit, or are looking for a good trader, this could be a good opportunity.
