Don't know what you mean by "fee sheet". There's no pricing info that I'm aware of posted anywhere. But here's a copy of the Understanding Your Ownership page. I guess this is what you're looking for when you ask for "members guide", which doesn't formally exist, to the best of my knowledge. HICV is TERRIBLE about tech &/or communications.

They have a member guide and fee sheet posted on member website. I can download copies if its ok.

It would be very helpful if both of these documents could be added to a sticky. If you can't download them, maybe you can at least note the fee information in a post that can be added to a sticky page?

Am I allowed to make a post of giving my points away on this thread? My deceased hubby talked me into HICV and I don't want it anymore.
 
Hello everyone, I just joined TUG yesterday and have only owned for a year… I went in being cautious and with the silver leaf project going on am finding more and more of what sales told me is either a lie or half truth. I’m not totally shocked, mostly disappointed that between a normally shrewd friend and my salesman I was talked into buying. I’ve accepted that I’m going to just have to fulfill my contract/purchase price.

As that same friend says there isn’t a scheme I don’t like so despite the HICV section of the BBS not seeming very active I’m planning to spend the next few months learning everything I can to get the most value out of what I’ve already bought.

My developer purchase was 200k orang lake trust points with Fox River as my access resort. I’m currently unclear if they are closing a section of the resort or the entire thing. I have seen additional points with Fox River as the access resort for sale after market and I’m interested in talking with anyone who has purchased points from the outside about that experience. I’ve already talked to a sellers agent and the restrictions disclosed are different than those in this thread.
