Lots of people posting on FB forums that their Confirmation # disappeared!
Are they saying their reservations disappeared or just that the reservations don't show a confirmation number now?

The posts weren't clear, but simply stated the Reservation Confirmation were no longer displayed.

There is also a more widespread issue of Bonvoy # no longer showing on the MVC app profiles. That has happened to us. It takes a call or Chat with Owner Services to get it added back to the Profile.

I don't know what card you are referring to, but it would be wise to setup your own MVC owner account login profile. That way if you want a reservation in your name, you make the reservation while logged in to your account.

I was told that we could only have the one account. The Interval account is listed in both names but it seems to default to the male owner.

I had Sheraton Vistana (that I cannot seem to get the Bonvoy nights for) and Marriott Village d'ile de France. I showed up after an overnight flight from Iceland and I couldn't check in because the website was on an outage and I couldn't prove that I was an owner. I had to wake up my husband at 1 am who then needed to send an email allowing them to check me in (which couldn't be done in his Bonvoy account either.)

At the next changeover, I need to be lead with my Bonvoy account linked. I've already called to do so but the outage and our arrival in Paris was just untimely.
