I wasn't on that late. But typically I think they take the system down (usually unannounced) on Saturday nights. That seems earlier than it usually happens, though.

Same here. I needed to cancel a reservation and was at 15 days prior. I tried for 45 minutes on Chrome, firefox, and phone. Finally got to the cancel button at 12:05am - too late. I called the next morning and after a hefty wait was told that I should have purchased the $49 points protection. They did cancel the reservation and did return my points, but made a big deal about documenting my information and stating that returning points was a one time exception. I am continually amazed with how unfriendly Wyndham can be.

Their system is down , you can't cancel but should have bought $49 protection. The Wyndham way is always to reach in your back pocket. Customer service is a thing of the past with this company.
