Website must be overloaded at midnight at the 1st of the month

Making a 13 month reservation at Fiji (9/1-8-26).
No openings at all for a couple minutes after midnight.
Finally came on and just 3 rooms available, all gardern view.
Im selected the 1 bedroom and hit book.
Website said oops somethings wrong can't process.
Next I went to grab one of the 2 rooms left, and it can't process you have one in process that needs to be completed.
I could not find anyway to the completion page.
I waited a few minutes logged off then logged back on and the problem disappeared.
So luckily there was still a 2 bed (garden view only) so I snaged that. Quite a relief.

Wife has all day several day meeting in Fiji the week before on a different island so I will join her for after and stay home with the pets and bachelor it.

You are lucky. I couldn't get the Friday check in at 13 months out at 12 am so I had to wait for the next day to try again. The next night I had the opp's at 12:03 am for a Saturday 13 months out and lost the reservation while trying to find the reservation. It happened again the next night but I hit the back button / continue, again getting the opp's, again hitting the back button / continue and the reservation finally booked. It took three nights and I finally made the Sunday at 13 months out.

The website definitely has its problems.
