I will check in with the product manager to see what if anything is planned. Given it’s only a two hour outage window, I wouldn’t expect much in the way of changes.

So this morning I got a notification that the Worldmark site also has a larger outage window announcement on the same day - 6/24 - from 8:00 PM PT to 4:30 AM PT - or from 11:00 PM ET - 7:30 AM PT. Since the Worldmark and CWP systems share a common back end - I'm guessing the CWP system outage is simply because they are taking the back end offline for updates and therefore the CWP system is only a two hour outage window (the time window for the back end changes) - whereas the Worldmark outage window is 8.5 hours. I'm 90% certain this means there's no actual changes for the CWP website/system - it's entirely dedicated to Worldmark system changes that require both back end and front end changes.

I hope that it comes back up soon.

They didn't get to website back up and running at 1am last time they did this (I was in Paris so it was still a decent hour for me.) Then they moved Juneteenth to JuneTwentyFirst, and now this.

Sometimes when Wyndham updates the site it creates more issues than it corrected.

Clearly it's the cheapest IT money can buy. It's so strange to me that they don't see IT as integral to their business, except that really the main thing these companies seem interested in is sales - if you can use what you bought is more of a happy accident for them.

Please be specific - which resort? The only reports I've seen on this issue are when searching Clearwater, it displays BC inventory - which it actually shows in the descriptions of the displayed inventory. Still not good, but so far, this issue appears limited to only a small handful of resorts.

SeaWatch in Myrtle Beach. It offered me a studio boulevard (obviously wrong) though still listed as Seawatch. Then when I completed booking it said it was TOTG. The search engine continued to pull TOTG when looking at Seawatch at least for boulevard view. One time there was a 2 bedroom loft. I'm not sure where that is but I do know that it isn't at Seawatch.

I haven't had time to play alot. But saved searches seems to be working - and I LOVE it. Yesterday seemed a little iffy, maybe things needed time to catch up (front end/back end)?

Not only is the saved search working, but the results are better - as in, although there isn't something in Newport (RI) for me, the suggestions are better for alternate locations (Bentley Brook (MA), Smugglers Notch (VT), New York City.

To me, looks like overall searches will be better - and the filters are sticking!! Yay, a win, for sure!!

Got it - we've added the MB resorts to the list and have reported this issue to Wyndham IT for investigation.

Glad to hear the new Saved Searches feature is working as designed. It's a big win without a doubt - something we've been asking for ever since this new website was released back in 2020.

Got it - we've added the MB resorts to the list and have reported this issue to Wyndham IT for investigation.
Do think that the ARP issue (doesn't work) with MB resorts will be addressed in the near term? Thanks.

I was excited to see a 3 bedroom at Wyndham Anaheim, but when I went to confirm the nights, the resort changed to Wyndham Angelfire. That was so incredibly odd. I cannot book Anaheim. I keep trying, and it reverts to Angelfire. Something is very wrong.
