Website issues 3.5 months after roll out

So it's been over 3 months since the new improved website opened. I am out of patience. Today I picked up a waitlist and modified another vacation and no emails came to me. I thought this problem had been fixed. Also my waitlist was to add on days to an existing reservation so I was hoping they could do it without charging me another HK fee. The rep said he had to pick up the reservation first and charge for a HK fee and then combine it and the fee would be refunded. Well as a Canadian if I happen to use the wrong card the fee they sell US dollars to me and the fee they buy US dollars from me is a lot different. I do have a US dollar account for just this reason but why can't there be an easier way? Also I have been trying to book Inn at the PArk next July for weeks and no availability shows after January. The rep said the resort hasn't decided if they will let WM have units. There is nothing mentioning that WM is losing access to Inn at the Park next year. Is this even true or is it simply a story to get us not to try. I'm sure if I kept looking I could find other issues that still aren't fixed on the new website. I always hate forums/Facebook where it is just complaining but honestly this is ridiculous. They fix one thing and break another. Enough!
 
Currently, after fixing my accounts, only one account can make online reservations meaning I have to call to use the other accounts. It should be better.

FYI, I see WM Inn at the Park on RCI Jan through April. This is using my HGVC portal. Not sure what is up with the lack of inventory on the WM site.

The not so 'expert' IT dept at Wyndham totally screwed things up. There are many resorts where availability is no longer visible via the reservation system. For some resorts it's everything and some places just some units. Evidently they didn't think being able to see what was available to book was an important component of a reservation system. Gotta love those 'expert' managers from the CEO on down who hired and signed off an this total screwup of an IT (not so much) 'upgrade' they did in June and are still screwing up many updates later.
