Website change to HGV Max?

Still have the Max logo when I logged in tonight. Based on the experience of @Snezz1e I suspect that it will go away at some point.

Just completed my first stay with HGVC this past weekend at the District. They gave me a plate of chocolates for being a "HGVMax" member. That's worth more than what I paid to get Max status (which is $0) but definitely not worth $7000!

Now I'm back to Max status. What's weird is under Max I'm base level while under old club I was elite. My ownership are 14k and 11k so I guess under Max they only see one as non resale while under old club it's both.
 
I think this a taboo subject around here. If you got it, enjoy it. My fear would be that you’d book a Max property and fly all the way out and have the rug pulled out from you on the reservation.

For a while there, I was being recognized as having status on my resales. Just enjoyed it and took my wristbands at check in. You should do the same. I’d probably avoid the HGVC sales pitches. Last thing you need is some sales guy ruining it for only a $200 gift card.

Curios if anyone still has max access that only bought resale? And for those that erroneously had max, and then lost it: any backlash? Did they try and collect booking fees that had been waived while you had max access for example? Asking for a friend ... :LOL:
 
I got it as part of the websight “maintenance” a month ago and I am fighting to get back to elite premier.
