Highlights:
• Our first four-story building is scheduled to open early June. Building 4 will include 22 twobedroom lockoff villas, bringing the total to 192. Included with Building 4 is the addition of Palo Verde Park, complete with a large communal barbecue area, beautiful landscaping and ample grass areas.
• We have been working with the city of Palm Desert to add a golf cart pathway between the resort and the Desert Willow Golf Resort. This project was completed in early March and we’re thrilled to have a means through which we can transport guests back and forth to the Desert Willow Golf Resort.
• We have an array of new fitness classes being offered, including yoga and aqua fitness, in addition to our “breakfast klub” morning hike and bicycle rentals.
