Wayne Rogers, Alan Alda (Hawkeye Pierce) sidekick from the 1970's series MASH has died at 82. He appeared on many other shows including 'Murder She Wrote', and as a financial pundit.

I am surprised he was that old. But of course, Alan Alda is, so why not? I liked Wayne.
 
I'm also surprised he was that old. Sheesh, seems like time is flying.

Anyway, I always liked his character on MASH as well. RIP, Wayne.
