Waterside in Hilton Head

Spinnaker Resorts, including Waterside in Hilton Head, remain closed through May 29, 2020. Facebook states "We are currently working tirelessly planning, documenting, training and implementing additional health and sanitation protocols at our resorts and at our offices." Seems like the Spinnaker Resorts in Hilton Head, Florida, and Branson should be reopening by now. Does anyone know any information about Spinnaker resorts - why are they closed so long, when will they reopen, etc? I have a check-in at Waterside on June 13, and am hoping they will be open. Thanks.

Your info is about as complete as any I have received. I have a unit with a JUNE 6th check in and they have been telling me it should be open as long as I can get there. This is the latest on their web site:
“Hilton Head Island, SC Resorts - UPDATED
Bluewater Resort, Waterside Resort, Southwind, Egret Point, Carolina Club, and The Cottages reservations through May 29, 2020 have been cancelled.
Please note that all reservations from May 30, 2020 - Dec 31, 2020 have not been affected at this time. You do not need to call to confirm your reservation status.
If, in the future, your reservation (date) is impacted, you will be contacted via email.”

brother just made a RCI reservation at Spinnaker at Shipyard for 5/23/20. Is that also closed? never mind--I see it's not part of spinnaker.
