I met a couple in Mexico a few weeks ago who told us of this website. I can't remember their names or how to find them but we think they use this website. We have been reading pages on this website and now feel better about our cancellation.

I agree! Lucky for the OP; however, it kinda sounds like th OP rescinded before finding the site and was feeling confused about it, but, then found TUG and now feels like he made the right decision to rescind.
This may not be correct, but, it's what I take out of the original post. (Maybe the OP can confirm)
