We would like to sell our [timeshare week] as quickly as is reasonably possible.

Can anyone suggest a broker to list with?

Thanks!!!

The good brokers will take a grand off the top. Why don't you list in here or on Redweek and keep the cash? A low asking price will guarantee a sale.

EBay is probably the fastest option to unloading that week and almost guaranteeing a sale. You didn't indicate you were looking for top dollar.

Call Marriott resale dept and see if they will accept a listing agreement to sell it for you. You get the Marriott price minus a 40% commission which will probably get you more money then selling it on EBAY. However they may tell you that they are not accepting listings right now because they have too much inventory or have a waiting list of people who want to sell and your name would be added to the bottom. However it is worth a phone call to them to see what they say.

I did call Marriott and the resort is only 56% sold out. They do not take resales until a resort is 100% sold.

I have already listed on both TUG and Redweek.

I have no problem giving a good broker $1000 off the top if they earn it!

Thanks and keep the advice coming!

I second Transaction Realty, & Shelley Preece. She is double awesome. LOL!

Seth Nock is very good. I used him for a purchase.
