Pay the loan off and then be prepared to give away the timeshare or learn to use it. I can't imagine a sale with a loan. Don't pay an exit company. If you would rather risk a credit hit of 100 points, then just stop paying. Thats probablly worth the 12 k you will otherwise have to pay to give this away, imho

Agree they really only have 3 choices though.

Keep it and use it, pay it off and try to give give away, (although that will also be difficult) or stop paying and take the hit.

The main advice, don't pay an exit company.

Yes, even paying a lawyer is not a guarantee. If you have a family member or good friend that is a lawyer and can help, you signed a legal document.

If you don't pay your car payments, the finance company will take away your car, they will tow it away, but that doesn't take away the debt.
