Waiohai "surplus income" again.

Just received this email in reference to my Waiohai unit. It's always a good sign when they ask what to do with the surplus. This has been the case for the last 3 years at least.

Dear Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club Owner:

The 2011 Annual Meetings of the above referenced Associations will be held consecutively at 12:00 p.m., and 12:30 p.m., Hawaii time, on October 26, 2011, at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club, MarketPlace Lanai, 2249 Poipu Road, Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii 96756.

This year, you will vote on:
Treatment of Excess Operating Income for the AOAO
Approval of Surplus Income for the VOA
