Hi,
I don't know if dioxide or anyone is still keeping track of Marriott purchases making it past ROFR, but we are in the process of closing on a
Waiohai island view 2/2 1-50 float $8212 (plus closing costs) annual
They are sending us the deed to transfer and said it made it past ROFR.
They have already reserved an Easter week for us.
(MF start 2011)
WAY better (IMHO) than paying over $9000 for 1000 points in DC to the developer, (Waiohai is over 4000 pts for a week)
