Got a letter today under my unit door stating they are installing fiber and wifi to each of the units as part of an Internet upgrade.

Surprising since the Internet access is pretty good thus far. But sounds like they are trying to accommodate the increasing bandwidth needs for streaming and other services.

Great news for owners!

It's about time. I think the Internet has become more important than the TV, we turned on the TV for about a total of 2 hours over the course. Of two weeks, but tried to use the wifi daily. I said tried because we would get pounced about every ten minutes on our PCs. On our devices, we shut off the wifi and use of cell data.

But, the place is still beautifu and and there's no crying in Hawaii.

I was there the week they switched over, the first week of November. Honestly, I could not notice a difference either way. I was watching movies streaming over the net using both systems. The new system changeout was flawless in our unit, 2205.

perhaps you can answer: do the TV's now have accessible HDMI ports?

Thanks.

They do. At least in Hale 2, 6 and 8. Nice LG TV's.

The units also have media desks Which are desks with USB connections so you can charge your devises without a charger ( still need your cords ;) )

Yes, HDMI and the night stands and desks have three prong plugs and USB ports built in in convenient, accessible locations.
