Since there seems to be no billing yet for any club fees in this year’s maintenance dues I’m not sure what why club dues would be for this next year. This will be the first year we have a week in abound and a week in VSN. How this billed?

For some owners, the Club Dues are being billed with one of their other VOIs. That was the case for me.

For others, the Club Dues are apparently being billed separately and those bills may not have gone out yet. Reportedly they are due (payable) at the end of January.

If you have an enrolled week and an unenrolled (but mandatory VSN) week, you might owe both Abound Club Dues and VSN Club Dues. I would assume that if this is your situation and you haven't seen either Club Dues show up on a MF invoice, then you'll be separately billed for both of them. Someone else posted recently that MVC is working on those bills.

If your unenrolled week is voluntary, then so far as I know, you wouldn't have to pay VSN Club Dues on it. But I infer from your post that your Vistana week is enrolled in VSN but not Abound. Maybe if you're lucky they'll let you off with just one Club Dues? I don't have any unenrolled weeks so I can't say for sure.

Are both your mandatory ownerships under the same Vistana account?

When you received the billing for your MFs, the amount of your Abound fee, depending on your status (Presidential or Chairman?), was listed at the bottom of one of the pages which reflected the 2026 budget for your resort.

Yes same Vistana account, one mandatory VSN only and only enrolled in Abound.
Then I don't see why you should be billed separate Club and VSN fees. I recall some people early on that had resales transfer just after the August 2022 date. I seem to recall them only having to pay one Club fee even though one was enrolled in Abound and one wasn't. Though I could be remembering wrong and as always YMMV.

I agree, if you have only one Vistana account, you should pay one Club fee, even though you have Abound privileges on one VOI and not the other.

I’m hoping this is true. Will find out shortly I guess. Still no billing for the club fee on any of my VOI.
