How do you like your VOA? We purchased in September. Whenever we've emailed our VOA, he takes over 2 days to get back to us. Also, he was supposed to let us know when our II membership when through. I emailed him a month after he said it should be available. He told me it had gone through 2 weeks prior. Do I have to keep this one?

No, you can call Owner Services and ask for a new one. However, I think the majority of posters here believe assigned VOAs are overrated. Some people love them. Others have no use for them. Any advisor at Owner Services has exactly the same info about you, your ownership and your preferences as a dedicated VOA. It's all on the screen that comes up for your name.

Thus, many of us simply call Owner Services and talk to whoever answers. It also frequently saves time over playing telephone tag with an assigned VOA.

Although I did not ask the question, thanks for the explanation Dave. Your overall depth and breadth of information related to Marriott and TSing is truely astounding. :whoopie: Happy Holidays....
