Vistana Villages Special Assessment

Hello all,

I've been lurking for a bit as a guest and thought it was high season time that i registered. I have a question regarding the special assessment at SVV. Is this an ongoing thing over the next few years going through all the phases? Are most or all of the phases done with special assessments? If not, which ones are done and when were they assessed?

I am trying to limit the hassle on an upcoming purchase. I don't want to buy a unit and immediately have to pay a special assessment for use that i never had.

I do not believe Vistana Villages had an assessment. I believe is was regular ol' Vistana that assessed several parts of the resort, although not all were assessed or improved.

There are 2 SW resorts in Orlando:

Sheraton Vistana Resort and Sheraton Vistana Villages - Vistana Resort is older, and it is the one that had the recent assessments.
