For the past week when I have tried to do searches I select the location and time and in the search results it shows "loading search results" and the search screen shows availability. Then when I click on the desired room type it goes to the RESERVATION DETAILS page with a "checking eligibility" search wheel and shows a RESERVE NOW button. I immediately click the RESERVE NOW button and it goes to a "processing your request" wheel and then I get a red statement YOUR VILLA IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. PLEASE MODIFY SEARCH AND TRY AGAIN.
I am getting this error for multiple weeks despite it initially showing various room types available for my desired week and that it is available and to select the reserve now button, but then it tells me it isn't available. What is going on? I have never encountered this error. If it shows available and I immediately book it, it always goes to the booked screen where I enter my request details and booking name. Anyone else having similar issues?
