SVR looks similar to SVV (vistana village) but one is Premier and one is Elite in II. Any noticeable difference in trade power?

(Listing it here in case anyone wants it. If No one takes it I'll go through the deedback program. )

FREE - You just pay 2024 Maintenance and Closing costs
First use is for 2024.

2024 Maintenance Fees are due in the amount of $625.49
Nothing is owed on the property

Deeded as villa 1796, week 38

Annual usage
Floats weeks 1-52
1 Bedroom, 1 Bath

This unit is free to anyone who is willing to pay the closing costs and 2024 maintenance fees. I have used Legal Timeshare Transfers a few times in the recent past. Very reasonably priced, very responsive, and fast closing. According to their website, a closing costs just $225 plus $15 postage plus recording fees which vary by county and sales price.

Since it's getting to mid year are y'all willing to pay 2024 maintaince fees?

Is this considered a part of marriot vacation club now? I had heard about their merger, and I’m certainly interested if this gives full marriot access?

I currently own at this resort. It is not considered a “mandatory” resort, and therefore any new owners would ONLY have access to THIS resort. UNLESS they buy another timeshare directly from the developer & negotiate to have it brought in.
