So - I've rented my SDO this year and have fallen a bit behind the curve on this as I generally rent only every other year or so (use II otherwise). I've changed the guest name via the Vistana dashboard just as I have in the past.
Is there a "best practices" way to check that whatever back-office voodoo they do is done correctly? Just phone the front desk and ask them or something else?
