You can do the lookup while logged out and it does bring up some limited details about the reservation; Name, Resort, checkin and checkout. It does want you to login in order to add it to My Trips. You don't need the Bonvoy number to lookup a reservation on Marriott.com.
This back and forth is a bit confusing. I did have the 8 digit Marriot reservation number and supplied that number as requested to RedWeek - along with the Vistana Reservation Confirmation with name change. I have no access to the MVC name change form as this is a Vistana reservation. Besides, contrary to the Help feature on the Vistana site, MVC sent an email (and pop-up) stating that it was not necessary. Yet, disabled to ability to do so on BonVoy site (restating to those catching up).

The reservation has recently dropped off my BonVoy Trips account a few days after changing the name on my Vistana reservation (as before), but RedWeek still has it as 'in process'.

Nothing from RedWeek after twice requesting what more do they want.

Call resort and verify the name change. That worked for me. Mine dropped off bonvoy just like yours but continued on vistana site with new name. I think they started taking the reservations off our bonvoy account to eliminate days stayed credits.

This has to do with RedWeek requesting the unnecessary name change via the MVC name-change form. Calling to verify name change doesn't hack it.

However, I finally received notice that this reservation has been confirmed by RedWeek. Not sure why it took over a week for this WKORV reservation while my other WKORV reservation changed in a couple of days. Neither one required the MVC name-change form - as they shouldn't.

So... good news for Vistana reservations rented via RedWeek (at least >30 days out). Just change on Vistana site (and send Vistana reservation confirmation in the Renters name) , and eventually the reservation will drop-off Marriott BonVoy site and a few days later verified by RedWeek.

I am going through this currently with Redweek. Vistana cannot send me a "Bonvoy" confirmation. I gave Redweek the Bonvoy reservation #. We did change it on the Marriott side as directed. Today I get this email from RW on my verify/ protected rental:
