Long time listener first time caller....... Ok, not the first time but it's been quite a while since I had to call Vistana for something. It seems that the automated message states that the offices are closed due to unforeseen circumstances and will re-open as soon as they are up and running. Anyone know how long this has been? Is it just today?

Either way, I am trying to pre pay Maint fees to use some Star Options from next year. I remember the owner services site used to tell you next years approx MF amount. I would then use that to pre pay online. Anyone know where to find that info? I can no longer see that amount listed. If I could just prepay one of the ownerships online, then call to have the make the reservation with next years SO that would be better than doing it all on the phone with them. Any suggestions?
 
Look at last year's statements on the Vistana website.

The call center is back up, but now the website is down. The first time in a year that I need the website and call center and neither worked today lol.

Thank you. I was able to get a hold of someone and they told me what it was. Also, I couldn't pay it online, I had to call and pay. not sure I remember that part but when I need to prepay, I'll just call.
