Vistana MF paid, then billed again?

I received same email today. And I already paid as well.
I tried logging in to the app to check my statement and after I clicked on “statements “ I received a “your browser is out of date” message which Ive never seen before on my iPhone or this app.

Once I upgraded to the new iOS, safari and the vistana app both gave me that error. Had to use Firefox to log in to their MS-DOS system, or whatever system they use (probably BASIC on a Commodore 64).

You can click the hard to see X in the upper right of that box to close it. When you go through the app to go to that page, it just redirects to your browser.
 
I paid my 2026 WKORVN fees before the due date, got email confirmation, after payment the amount due was showing zero online. The full amount was pending for a couple of days, but then posted to my credit card, as usual.

Today, I received an email, "Your 2026 e-Statement is now available for viewing", "Your billing statement for Ocean Resort Master Association is now available for viewing online." When I log in, it says "delinquent billing" with today's date, and the full amount is showing due again. No trace of my previous payment.

Anyone else has the same issue?
 
I posted a similar issue yesterday on another site. I paid maintenance fees in December for two of our weeks and have the confirmed payment emails. When I checked my Visa bill I was billed three times; not two. Vistana/Marriott Vacation Club claims I was only charged twice. Visa rescinded one of the charges and I am now being told I am
delinquent on one of the weeks. I sent Vistana/Marriott Vacation Club the three Visa transactions/reference numbers and have now waited several weeks for “Finance” to make the correction. In the interim my account is frozen and I can’t make any reservations for the coming year. Any suggestions that would help resolve this would be appreciated - as would a phone number for the finance office so I can speak to someone directly about the overbilling.

Email customer.advocacy@mvw.com to see if they will unlock your account while the matter is being checked.
