Is there a way to see on the website (or in the app) what my Vistana Account number is? And are Vistana Account numbers always six digits?

My first newly purchased WSJ week was just processed by Vistana (Yay!) and my second just entered the process. I would like to update the in-process Vistana Transfer Form with my new Account number so I don't end up with two accounts.

But both sellers have six digit Vistana Account Numbers and the member number(?) the CSR gave me this morning is nine digits + four zeros. Any thoughts would be welcome, TIA.

The contract number doesn't change upon resale and there is one per VOI. It stays with the contract from the very beginning. You can see the contract number on the What I Own page. Is that the number you are referring to?

Curiouser and curiouser...and thank you for pointing me toward the answer.

So I had the contract numbers for both contracts and they are six numbers long. But the Vistana External Transfer Form asks for the "Seller(s) Existing Account Number" and "Buyer(s) Existing Account Number (if applicable)". It hadn't occurred to me to cross reference the closing documents, but indeed the number the sellers gave for their Vistana account number is the deed's contract number.

So, I re-examined the thirteen digit number the CSR told me was my account number and lo and behold, in the middle of my account number is the six digit contract number. So I'm guessing that everyone's Vistana account number is XXXX-YYYYYY-000 where YYYYYY is the first contract number associated with your account. I'll find out for certain when my second deed is processed. Thanks again.

I would agree with what you showed. My Vistana number has 3001-the first contract #-000. I have 3 additional contracts added to that account and I am waiting on a 4th.

I believe you can also see the number on your maintenance fee bills, if you have them. It is also available in the URL when you click through to the Abound website. If you are eligible.

Any other ways to get the account number if I don't have MF bills yet? I just know the contract number from the vistana website, but an old thread says 6 digit contract number wouldn't work.

My recollection is that if you go the the Vistana dashboard and select any of the options for Club Points (view club points, for example) and then look at the URL for the page that comes up, your member number is embedded at the end of the URL, something like UID=01234567890.

Do you have Abound? The number doesn't really mean much else without Abound enrolled VOIs.

I am on a process of purchasing a resale. So, I'd like to give my Vistana account to make sure the new contract successfully added to my account. I'm not eligible to elect club point or the user interface may be updated. I'm not able to use the tricks. Anyways thanks! I will call the customer service.

When I've done the same, I just gave them one of our other contract numbers which is available in the What I Own section of Vistana.com. Though I suppose the account number will work too.

I just called the customer service. It was 13 digits as expected, consisting of XXXX (4 digits), contract number (6 digits), and 002. Not sure why it's 002 since I have only one contract. 🤷‍♂️

Did you buy your first contract resale? You might have been the second owner of that contract number.

Right. That’s my first resale and only contract. I’m not sure if it matters, co-own with my wife.
