Vista Encantada - Construction

Wondering if anyone has been to Vista Encantada recently and can advise on the construction noise? We exchanged into a 4 bedroom unit for October but have been reading about the nearby construction. Not sure if it will still be an issue in October? Thanks in advance!
 
It looks like the buildings to the north of Vista Encantada could be finished with the heavy equipment by October. Supposedly , it's a six story building . The view north which is the view from the rooms will be affected. Here is what it looks like this month on the Facebook page.

Well that's a bummer. We were there in 2022 (maybe) and someone at the resort said that they were building standalone villas. Lol.

We didn't love the location of Vista Encantada so we probably won't be back (we aren't fans of the corridor properties) but what a disappointment. It is truly a gorgeous property.

We had a three bed unit below the swimming pool with a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez for two weeks. We were told by sales that the concrete pads for the buildings next door were for two story villas similar to the finished buildings on the property.

We had a blast, but for us, not having an easy beach access and being so far from Cabo are the main reasons we haven't been back.
