Does any one have any experiences in buying a Villa Del Palmer Resale that has points tied to their ownership/deed? Also does any one know about what is going to occur with the Puerto Vallarta deeds/points? Will an owner be allowed to use these points at a different resort?

We have multiple Premiere memberships with Puerto Vallarta as our home resort. No points. When I looked into acquiring a points membership it did include all of the regular UVCI resorts, Cancun for now, and Lorreto. The pre-fix number attached to the membership is how you can tell if Loretto is included.

Generally, yes, you can use points at most if not all of the UVCI resorts.

Thank you for your response - have you heard anything regarding the demolition and rebuild of Puerto Vallarta? I spoke to UVCI and I am not sure if the representative understood my questions. Thanks

Well I heard and read that the Villa del Mar was to be demolished in the spring of 2023 and that this year, 2024, would be demolishing the Villa del Palmar. Then I heard that the permitting had an issue so it's on hold. Regardless of what they say, we have 2025 reservations for the VDP PV. Our last visit was in the winter of 2023. I had thought that was the last visit.
