I figured this was the best place for info, if someone would help us. We bought a week at VDP, (flam). We owe double our down payment on the loan. We are in a little financial bind now and wanted to know if it is possible to sell "as is". Any other avenues would be appreciated.

It kind of depends on if your points transfer. If they can transfer as points they could be added to a members account and some one may want them although I doubt anyone is going to pay more than a third of the value. Most resales revert to a timeshare week with a home resort making these memberships worthless to many buyers. You can look on your contract to see.
